Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Service - A structured
behavioral health program of individual and group therapeutic activities.
This program must be provided under the supervision of a behavioral
health professional or behavioral health professional under clinical
supervision, be provided at least three times a week for a minimum of
two hours a day, and can be provided by a behavioral health
professional, behavioral health professional under clinical supervision,
a behavioral health organization, or a facility that is licensed as a
nonmedical and nonhospital-based alcohol and other drug abuse treatment.
